Little Elijah turns six months old today.
He is an absolute joy.
Nothing short of a precious gift from the Hand of God.
After going to the doctor yesterday for his checkup and immunizations, we found out how much he is growing - statistically speaking.
weight: 17 lbs 6 oz50th percentile
height: 27 inches75th percentile
head circumference: 45 cm
80th percentile
All other growth milestones are right on track and
we praise God for Elijah's strong and healthy development.
Elijah was also very brave during his shots and let out some loud, strong screams to only quickly calm down once Nurse Rosa finished.
(And mommy only briefly teared up this time...it will never be easy to see him hurt.)
I will give thanks to You,
for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
wonderful are Your works,
and my soul knows it very well. Psalm 139:14

ReplyDeleteKatie... seriously he is the PERFECT baby!!!! Such a perfect testimony that the LORD has created each & every one of us. But seriously.... hes perfect! These pictures are so adorable!!!!! He looks like a baby model! :)

ReplyDeleteAw...great pictures, Katie! He's a doll baby! I can completely relate to tearing up at the shots. At Will's first set of immunizations, I brought my mom with me. She stayed by Will's side when I ran to the corner and freaked when he started crying! I was much stronger the second time around, but it is still tough!
